The White Craftia Policy was a series of historical policies laid out by the government of the Province of Craftia from the 1940s to the 1960s, effectively only allowing immigrants from countries in Janaday, Baparia and Northern Lantara, specifically those of British (UK) and European ethnicity. The policies were enacted to exclude people from Asia (due to the majority of Miners Republic being Asian), especially from East Asia and Southeast Asia. The policies were initiated immediately after the first free election in 1945 by the Phillipson Government. Initial policies included a head tax for and denying minimum wage to "non-European" or specifically "Asiatic" immigrants. Throughout the 1940s and early 1950s, these policies were strengthened by the Raymond and McArthur Governments to effectively allow for British and European migrants to be preferred over others. The centre-left Labour Party Wilson Government temporarily scaled back the policy in the late 1950s, removing some aspects of race-based immigration criteria and allowing some Asian immigration, before being defeated by the conservative Protection of Craftia Party in 1959. The Immigration Entry Test Act 1962 was passed by the G. Smith Government and forced non-European immigrants to pass a dictation and writing test in order to migrate to Craftia. These tests were purposely exceptionally difficult with the deliberate aim of failing immigrants with a background other than English.

The White Craftia Policy, as it became known in Craftia and worldwide, began to create more problems than to begin with. Earlier support for Craftian independence by other nations shrank considerably and it was seen that in order to gain independence the policies would have to be removed. The White Craftia Policy was progressively dismantled between 1968 and 1987 by successive governments to encourage non-British, non-white immigration to the island. The Aaron, Harrison and McIntyre Governments dismantled the policies from 1968 to 1980 (it was temporarily halted due to the Craftian War of Independence). The Wright Government passed laws to totally disregard race as a component for immigration to Craftia in 1985. The Charles Government passed the Racial Discrimination Act 1987 making racial discrimination and using racially based criteria illegal, immediately after Craftian independence was achieved in 1987. Since the 1990s Craftia has maintained a multiculturalist stance on immigration with large-scale multi-ethnic immigration taking place since. The Pierce Government was the first to make an official government apology regarding the White Craftia Policy and its negative impacts on ethnic minorities in Craftia, in 1994.
