The N1 Southern Line is a rapid transit line in the NotchRail network. The line connects the southern extremities of Notchropolis, southern towns and the Southern Business Parks (Changshou and Perdagangan Business Parks) with the city. It was formerly named the Industrial South Line (2017 - 2032) and was formerly coded Line 05.

The line is coloured grey and azure blue on NotchRail maps and timetables.

History

Opening History

  • July 17, 2017 - The original line, from CS Tower (now Downtown) to Lake Wilson (now Lake Wilson South), with 5 stations, opens.
  • April 30, 2027 - An extension to Slender Arena (now closed), with 2 new stations, opens.
  • November 10, 2040 - Slender Arena is closed while an extension to Woodford, with 1 new station, opens. Woodford replaces Slender Arena as the new terminus.
  • June 5, 2049 - An extension to Southern Arena (now closed), with 3 new stations, opens.
  • October 12, 2051 - Southern Arena is closed while an extension to Box Hill, with 1 new station, opens. Box Hill replaces Southern Arena as the new terminus.
  • January 26, 2053 - The Greenwood Line reopens as a branch line of the Southern Line.
  • November 9, 2055 - Dowdell Fields opens.
  • February 16, 2067 - An extension to Central, with 1 new station, opens.
  • June 24, 2074 - An extension to Alistonville, with 3 new stations, opens.
