Riverside is a Wentworth Metro station on the Rawson Line, Swan Line and Brighton Line. It is a major interchange station between the three lines and is built on the eastern bank of the Swan River, being the closest station to Riverside Shopping Centre, King Street Wharf and Wentworth Cathedral.

Riverside became the first interchange station in the metro network when the first stage of the Swan Line opened in 1955.
