Dame Louise Dorothy Higgins CD (1 March 1910 – 13 November 2002) was a Craftian political activist, politician, author and the first female Member of the Craftian Parliament.

Louise Higgins campaigned for women's emancipation in voting rights in the 1940s and 1950s, with universal suffrage being granted for the 1957 provincial election. In this election she became the first female Member of Parliament in Craftian history as a member of the National Labour Party. She became the first female deputy leader of a major political party in 1964, and first female Deputy Premier and member of the cabinet in 1968. She retired from parliament at the 1971 election and continued to campaign as a prominent activist for women's rights up until her death in 2002.

The federal Division of Higgins in her home state of Addams was named in her honour, the division being controversially named in 1986, while Higgins was still alive.
