Downtown is a suburb in central Notchropolis. It is not actually a 'downtown' by definition, rather, it is literally south of the Notchropolis city centre. It is the inner southern transport and commercial hub.

Commercial area

Downtown is served by specialty shops in The Greenhouse, a retail and commercial complex which replaces the old greenhouse in the area. The CS Tower also has retail floors.

Downtown NotchRail Station serves the suburb and is an important interchange station between the City Line, Downtown Line and Southern Line. It was formerly the terminus of the latter two lines. There are services to the city (Central), the Notchropolis Olympic Stadium, Oldale Village, the Zone Lobby complex in Arenaville East, Box Hill and Greenwood.

Downtown is served by various NotchBus services. There are bus stands located near the NotchRail station.

Downtown is accessible from Central and Mortdale directly by road. Tower Street is the main thoroughfare in the suburb. There is non-vehicular access to Como via McKinley Avenue.

CS Tower

The CraftSmelt Tower is the tallest man-made structure in Notchropolis and Craftia.

City Greenhouse

The Greenhouse is a retail and commercial complex which rivals the CraftField Central nearby.

Tower Defence

One of the oldest structures in the area is the Tower Defence Arena. Highly popular even today, players may play a game for very low prices.
